Introduction

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital goods if the execution of the contract has begun with your prior express consent, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.
